Before the body feels tired, the mind often wears out first. To avoid exhaustion, it’s essential to address the mind.

**Expectations:** When things don’t go as planned, it can lead to constant fatigue.

Practice trust and let go of expectations.

#Make the present your best effort.

**Self-Devaluation:** Comparing yourself to others drains your energy.

Instead, #appreciate the small achievements. This will motivate you to keep improving, stemming from genuine self-pride.

However, be cautious of excessive self-praise that leads to stagnation and an inflated ego; believing you are the best ultimately benefits neither you nor those around you.

**Self-Pressure:** Overloading yourself with pressure creates feelings of inadequacy. The harder you try, the more exhausted you become, hindering your progress toward your goals.

Achieving your goals should be a source of joy and fulfillment. The happier you are, the quicker you will reach your objectives.

**Lack of Self-Acceptance:** Insecurity results in ongoing exhaustion.

Struggling to accept your true desires leads to wasted energy battling inner voices and creating endless conditions.

Trust what your spirit communicates to you. Cut through distractions with awareness and focus on self-confidence.

**Attachment to People or Positive Feelings:** Clinging to others or to fleeting feelings of well-being can be draining because nothing in this world is guaranteed. No one or nothing can consistently fulfill your desires.

Accept what you seek within yourself and take responsibility for your own happiness.

Before wishing for anything, carefully consider whether that desire is something #you should pursue or merely a distraction.

**Jealousy:** Not being happy for others or feeling satisfaction when they struggle drains your energy.

Genuine joy cannot be forced; it must come from the heart.

If you find it hard to feel joy, it may reflect a lack of self-pride. Once you truly appreciate who you are, you’ll naturally find joy in others’ successes.

**Trying to Be What Others Want:** This leads to constant exhaustion.

The desire for acceptance can push you to be someone you’re not, seeking validation from others. When you’re alone, you may feel drained and disheartened, indicating that you’ve expended energy on what is not truly you.

Instead of seeking approval, dedicate time to embracing your authentic self. When you do this, others will naturally accept you, and that acceptance won’t feel exhausting.

**Living in a State of Wanting:** This will always lead to exhaustion.

Once you acquire something, you quickly seek something new, endlessly chasing desires. You become a slave to your cravings, and even with everything, you find no peace of mind. What’s the point of having everything if you’re not at peace?

The more you have, the heavier the burden.

It’s time to reflect: do you truly understand life?

**Seeking Love from Others:** This creates constant fatigue.

While infatuation may feel exciting initially, it can fade, leading to suffering.

Truly loving yourself can extinguish all sources of suffering.

**Ignorance:** This perpetuates exhaustion.

Not knowing can breed fear and a lack of confidence in decision-making.

Seek to learn and understand thoroughly whatever you are unaware of. Focus on what you genuinely want to know to become more skilled and confident in your actions.

**Importantly:**

Connect with your inner knowledge and embrace the wisdom from your spirit. This is invaluable and will guide you toward true freedom.
