When you try to dissolve the ego (the old self) to progress in your practice, old thoughts and long-held promises that have accumulated over time emerge as habits. These manifest as fears, laziness, weakness, greed, jealousy, a desire to win, a need for acceptance, and an unwillingness to accept oneself.

These are signs of what you are still attached to, allowing you to address the issues at their core. If you don’t practice and don’t recognize your attachments, you will remain in ignorance and continue to cycle through life without progress.

When the ego surfaces, stop the feelings and fears by ceasing to amplify those thoughts. Instead, focus on cultivating positive qualities—love, happiness, fulfillment, goodness, confidence, and joy without reason.

By channeling your energy toward pure power, you can transform negative energy into positive.

Don’t try to force out negativity. The more you resist, the more it can amplify. These elements are part of your responsibility because they exist due to your acceptance and the old promises carried across lifetimes. Instead, offer love, joy, understanding, and invite them to enjoy life together. Teach and embrace them, and they will transform into allies of your spirit, no longer holding you back.

The direction of energy flow is in your control.
